ZeroChats via MCP
Tiago (FITBUILDR)
Zerochats via MCP is the way to connect zerochats with artificial intelligence models and this is currently a bit limited. Because it only allows you to do the work of a configuration tool, not of data. In other words, Claude cannot extract data or performance, you can only view and edit the bot's config. It would be nice if there is no such limitation to be able to connect it to 100% or that it has a ZeroChats REST API or webhooks to access the data.

We already have the MCP functionality (in the configuration above everything it shows connecting with Claude or ChatGPT), we use MCP for this and you can use any MCP client besides those two. The MCP is primarily designed to configure software such as AI prompts, business information, etc.

Alejandro Fernández Camello thank you very much for the answer Alejandro, my comment came from the side that when you connect via MCP it is only possible to use it to configure the software and it does not expose performance data such as how many chats were opened, conversation rate, how many leads answered, etc. That is the use case I suggested and it would be great to have it also for data analysis and automation.

Tiago (FITBUILDR) We will probably add to the current MCP that we have the ability to obtain some metrics (it will work similar to the GPT that we have integrated into ZeroChats), if the development of an API is not planned in the short term

Alejandro Fernández Camello excellent Alejandro, thank you very much for your attention and constant listening.

Tiago (FITBUILDR) We have already entered the fact that with the MCP you can access statistics just like the GPT section of ZeroChats, I hope it will help you
