I wanted to propose an improvement that I think would be very useful for everyone.

Current Issue:

Right now, when a chat goes to “manual mode” (either because someone on the team intervenes, or for any reason), there's no quick way to return it to “automatic mode”.

The only option available is to do it chat by chat, individually.

When you have tens or hundreds of active conversations, this process:

it is very slow, generates operational friction, prevents scaling and makes it almost impossible to recover automatic flow without investing a lot of manual time.

Proposal for improvement. Add a feature that allows: converting chats from “Manual” to “Automatic” in bulk
