Hello, I wanted to comment on an improvement that we might need at the metric level using labels.
The idea is that when the bot adds a specific tag (for example the “change” tag), that tag is not just something visual, but serves to analyze data in reports.
For example:
when a person clicks a button or types in a specific keyword, the bot automatically adds the tag to them, for example in my case, “change”.
Then, in the reporting part, I would like to be able to see how many people have that label and, above all, to see that data broken down by day.
Practical example:
on day 1, 30 people receive the label “change”.
On the 2nd, 18 people receive the label “change”.
The idea is to be able to go to reports, select the “change” tag, choose a date range and have the system tell us how many people received that label each day, in order to analyze inbound and outbound metrics.
This would help us a lot to measure real conversions by keyword, CTA and automatic flow performance.

We have added in reports that AI can filter by labels so you can see that information, also in statistics you will now have a graph showing for each label per day those that have been converted, I hope it will help you
