Knowing that the time limit is 24 hours for sending automatic messages, it would be nice to be able to establish a double follow-up. It is something that can be configured in Manychat but obviously with many limitations due to the type of closed message. Here you could do something like this:
  • First follow-up would be the current one, with all its logic, setting a schedule, etc. (For example at 6 o'clock without an answer)
  • The second one would be configured outside the first and could be used for a last attempt, being able to send an audio or a last check to relive the conversation. (For example, after 20 total hours, or 16 hours after the first follow-up without a response).
